Kadija Dyer
– Programme Officer
After completing her internship at the ESCTT in 2007 and obtaining her Associate Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from the Trinidad and Tobago Hospitality and Tourism Institute, Kadija returned to the ESCTT in 2008 as the Programme Officer for Hospitality and Protocol as well as the Chair Youth Mobilization Committee. She holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Tourism Management from the University of the West Indies and a Diploma in Public Relations from ROYTEC. She is currently the Programme Officer for PR and Communication, Youth Education and Development and she is also the Accounting Assistant. Dedicated to the work and the goals of the organization she was instrumental in the development of the now annually held National African History Quiz and Spoken Word Competition for Secondary and Primary Schools throughout Trinidad and Tobago.
Karen Thompson – Administrative Officer
Karen Thompson joined the Secretariat in March 2008. She is the Administrative Officer as well as the Programme Officer for Education and Research. Currently she is pursuing her Bachelor of Arts in Management and Entrepreneurship Business at COSTAATT
Renée E. Francois – Research Officer
Having completed her internship at the ESCTT in 2011, Renée E. Francois returned to the Secretariat in 2012 as the Research Officer and Administrative Officer for the Caribbean Pan African Network. She is a graduate of the UWI St. Augustine with a background in African and Asian history and culture as well as Sociology.
